Job Overview

With decades of security expertise, global threat research, and continuous innovation, Trend harnesses AI to protect organizations and individuals across clouds, networks, devices, and endpoints.

The enterprise cybersecurity platform accelerates proactive security outcomes by predicting and preventing threats across the entire digital estate and environments like AWS, Google, Microsoft, and NVIDIA. Our team wants you to drive compelling demos and proof of concepts (PoCs) showcasing our security automation capabilities, integration with third-party services for optimization, and helping customers understand how to lower their time to identify and contain threats. A strong passion for customer success is critical to the role and collaboration within a radial web organization.

  • Listen to customer problems, work with the sales team, and demonstrate a solution.
  • Provide Proof of Concept service to pre-sales clients and maintain an ongoing customer relationship.
  • Ongoing technical touchpoints/health checks with existing customers.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
  • Share best practices with other SEs to enhance quality of service and efficiency.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in assigned products and solutions.
  • Willing to travel regionally for customers-facing activities, as well as marketing and user group events.
  • Channel feature requests to Product Management to enhance Trend Micro products.
  • Deliver partner presentations, events, and webinars.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 years in Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or related roles
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and driving revenue growth

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, threat analysis, and mitigation strategies
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications

Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

CISSP certification

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Cloud Formation, Terraform

Technical certifications relevant to the role
