The role of Service Delivery Manager is to oversee the effective delivery of projects in the BAI Ops area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project delivery governance in BAI Ops area
  • Manage resources, including associates and contractors, to ensure project implementation and benefit delivery
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors to ensure service delivery quality and build long-term partnerships
  • Oversee relevant financials
  • Support architecture discussions for long-term roadmaps in BAI and integration areas

Our ideal candidate will have:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in engineering field, IT, computer sciences or management
  • ITIL and/or PMI certification
  • At least 6 years of experience in IT, preferably in IT Application or IT Technology
  • Proven people leadership skills and influencing experience with senior stakeholders
  • In-depth expertise in an IT functional or technical area, preferably in Integration/EDI Technology
