**BAI (Business Application Integration) Service Manager - Mars Global Services - Guararema/SP**:
**This role primarily aimed to manage the project deliveries in this area, to manage the relationship with the service vendors and manage the relevant financials. Job holder on this position manages team of associates and contractors located across several global geographies and coordinate relevant activities with stakeholders across variety of MGS teams and departments.**:
**What are we looking for?**:

- ** Master of Sciences degree or equivalent in engineering field / IT / computer sciences / Management**:

- ** ITIL and/or PMI certification**:

- ** 6+ years experience within IT, in an IT Application or IT Technology**:

- ** Proven people leadership in managing a team and Influencing experience with senior stakeholders.**:

- ** **In-depth expertise in an IT functional or technical area, preferably in Integration/EDI Technology**:
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- ** Responsible for Project delivery governance in BAI Ops area**:

- ** Manage the resource including associates and contractors to ensure project implementation and benefit delivery**:

- ** Manage an effective relationship with vendors to ensure service delivery quality and build up the long term partnership**:

- ** Manage relevant financials**:

- ** Support architecture discussions for long term roadmap in BAI and integration area.**:

- ** Ensure that technical standards and development processes are up-to-date, communicated, promoted, and followed consistently by the global team;**:

- ** Partner with other MGS teams for assessing and managing requests or progressing opportunities**:

- ** Line manage associates and/or contractors based in GUA, develop associates and create team engagement as measured by engagement survey. Accountable for team performance and results**:
