**IT Financial Manager - Digital Technologies Mars Global Services - Guararema, SP**:
**The IT Financial Manager role is a central role within the Digital Operations accountable for the planning, design, and development of best practices for financial management, governance around IT spend, and internal processes to deliver on operational excellence efforts for GDO.**:
**Reporting to the IT Financial Manager Lead, this role will drive, govern, track, and report on the GDO running cost and own the effective communications of the run cost drivers (Forecast, run rate and target), its value proposition and its impact throughout Mars Digital Technologies.**:

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- ** Partner with Service & Finance Lead on financial management process for managing GDO running cost details and provide visibility to running cost status, including, but not limited to**:

- ** Financials - Budget, Actuals, Forecast, and Accruals**:

- ** Capital Budget and Operating Budget**:

- ** Period close process and Accrual accounting principle adherence**:

- ** Lead and influence a large group of budget managers to adopt and execute financial management processes with rigor. Measure adoption, compliance, and success of budget management process adoption across GDO.**:

- ** Collaborate with S&F Leads during all forecast cycles (OP, Replan, YEE)**:

- ** Partner with Service and Finance on financial management process improvements**:

- ** Support annual (or more frequent) Operational and Capital budget planning activities; interface with Service & Finance IT Lead to log, track, and analyze IT Spend to report on gaps, delays, and risk**:

- ** Account for run costs on the creation, delivery, and support of services and update budget estimates for additional running costs absorbed by Core Service**:

- ** Forecast the financial requirements for the organization to be able to meet its run cost commitments.**:

- ** Engage in dynamic investment portfolio management activities on ongoing basis; work with GDO Leadership Team to re-prioritize/re-forecast efforts as needed.**:

- ** Document and communicate the cost drivers the factors contributing to run, grow, and transformational costs and factors contributing to change.**:

- ** Document, communicate, and establish processes to track all cost saving initiatives contributing to run, grow, and transformational costs.**:
