**Supplier Performance Relationship Manager - Mars Global Services - Guararema, SP**

The Supplier Performance Relationship Manager will govern and run the ITOM and SPRM processes for Resourcing and Managed Services across Mars DT Core Services in order to enhance the mutual relationship between Mars and it’s strategic suppliers. This role will work in collaboration with their Commercial and Functional (Core Services - ASD, ISD, SITS, IT OPS) counterparts to manage the relationship lifecycle with the suppliers to maximize the value realized through those interactions.

Reporting to the IT Service Management, Senior Manager the Supplier Relationship Manager will drive the socialization, implementation, and maturity of the SPRM program across Mars DT Core Services.

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Management
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize, train, direct and to plan and coordinate timely accomplishments of responsibilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of management requirements, financial procedures, and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Understanding of data process capabilities and operations as it relates to accounting, financial control and business functions.
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals in various functional areas and various levels of management.
- 5-7 year’s work experience in large corporate environment managing IT vendors
- Specific experience developing processes, best practice and KPIs
- Demonstrate understanding of business process and change management
- Demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, including working with both information technology professionals and business customers, strong written and verbal communication skills

**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Manage multiple global supplier relationships with an annual spend exceeding $50 Million.
- Collaborate and influence other process owners up through the director level to ensure there is an integrated approach to the design and implementation of supplier management, service level management, service introduction and procurement processes.
- Implement and mature the policies and best practices for a robust SPRM governance model and proactively manage and govern all aspects of the relationship with the global suppliers in one of the four specific domains taking into account SLAs and KPIs.
- Implement and mature the Supplier Relationship ITOM processes and training materials for service/project managers and Commercial associates to effectively perform their roles.
- Develop and implement and mature the SPRM templates for the Operational reviews and Quarterly Relationship reviews and solicit feedback for continuous improvements as we implement more suppliers in the program.
- Provide Supplier Performance Relationship leadership and expertise to the Service/Project Managers across all regions not familiar with the SPRM program.
- Collaborate with Commercial to bring the SPRM program to life within Mars Core Services by taking a 360 degree view of the current relationship with the supplier and measure that against the aspirational goal of where it should be and collaborate the supplier’s SPRM plan and then govern the process through the operational, relationship and top 2 top meetings.
- Work collaboratively with IT Project/Service Managers and Commercial to provide guidance and advice on IT supplier selection criteria and advise on supplier implications for ongoing service delivery and effective project integration of the services/products into the business.
- Develop and govern the process for dealing with contractual disputes and ensuring that any disputes are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner, working with Commercial for escalations.
