Global Financial Planning Strategist

Lead the strategic and operational financial planning for South America, ensuring consistency, alignment with global objectives, and support for executive decision-making.
- Manage the development, motivation, goal setting, retention, and performance of team members to maximize individual and team performance.
- Lead the full financial planning cycle (annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and mid- to long-term plans) for South American countries.
- Coordinate result projections, balance sheet, and cash flow activities for South America.
- Consolidate and analyze regional financial data, ensuring consistency with global policies and compliance with local regulations.
- Provide strategic support to the FP&A Director and other business leaders by translating financial data into insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
- MBA or Postgraduate studies in Finance, Strategy, or Controllership is a plus.
- Advanced or Fluent English.
- Experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in multicultural or multinational operations, with a focus on South America, is a plus.
