**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to provide financial support to our North America team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monthly closing activities, including journal entries, intercompany cross charges, and budget vs actuals explanations.
  • Providing regular financial support to business partners, ensuring compliance with budget targets and identifying productivity opportunities.
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
  • Identifying and proposing process improvements opportunities with cross-functional teams.
  • Performing quarterly close and forecast cycle activities, including regional financial consolidation and analysis on consolidated performance for regional and global reporting requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent English.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, previously excel modeling or data consolidation experience.
  • The ability to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Understanding of data visualization techniques, tools, and design principles.
  • Experience with SAP, OneStream.
