Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

A seasoned financial professional is sought to lead our FP&A function for the Brazil Consumer business.

Your expertise will drive strategic decision-making, ensure financial controls are in place, and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to inform business investment optimization
  • Provide analytical support and validate financial results of process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure data integrity and high levels of financial controls are followed
  • Manage and develop exceptional talent within the FP&A team
  • Participate in finance activities across Consumer categories and collaborate with peers in finance

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.)
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable or Account Payable
  • Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
  • Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
  • MBA or CPA certification
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MSAccess, Essbase, Cognos)
