Job Summary

You will represent a leading oral care company professionally, manage relationships with partners in terms of trust and respect, market and develop sales strategies to increase profitability, improve distribution levels and market share according to business principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute commercial strategies at the point of sale, generating benefits for customers and the organization.
  • Achieve assigned territory sales objectives.
  • Monitor territory performance, promoting periodic meetings with team members.
  • Plan and organize administrative activities, including budget control, activity monitoring, maintaining an updated price list, stock, promotional quota, contact matrix, and current account control.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies established by the organization.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor planned activities, observe competition, find opportunities, and share with the commercial team to develop strategies responding to competitive changes in the market.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers to present quarterly plans, promotions, tabloids, price reductions, and all available sales tools.
  • Analyze information generated through tools (Neogrid/Nielsen/IQVIA) to make decisions directing and developing the business, such as promotions clubs, negotiations, and growth plans.
  • Use a sales tool to develop and accelerate sell-through.
  • Train customer and store teams on campaigns, product launches, etc.
