We are rapidly expanding our team to build a sustainable future. As a Sales Specialist/Consultant, you will play a key role in helping us expand sales coverage of our solar products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth: Develop strong business relationships with EPCs, developers, and distribution partners to drive sales growth.
  2. Strategic Planning: Design, develop, and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the region.
  3. Customer Engagement: Manage the entire selling process, from forecasting and pitching to actual product delivery and payment collection, for your accounts.
  4. Representation: Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences.
  5. Performance Reporting: Report on sales performance to the management team.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in selling PV products and services or in an EPC firm specialising in the PV industry.
  2. Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of the solar power industry.
  3. Product Knowledge: Must have strong knowledge of solar modules, inverters, and batteries.
  4. Language Skills: Strong proficiency in local language and English/Mandarin. Other spoken languages are a plus.
  5. Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
