Learning and Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development professional to lead our initiatives in this critical area.

About the Role

This role will involve managing local and global projects, effectively supervising facilitators, and partnering with business leaders to develop and implement learning programs that align with global strategies and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Learning & Development area, including local and global projects
  • Supervise facilitators community to ensure high-quality delivery of learning programs
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement learning programs
  • Administer and execute all training initiatives within L&D
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of adult learning principles and theories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting and timelines
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
