About the Role

As a Learning and Development Senior Supervisor, you will oversee the strategic planning and execution of learning initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders to develop and implement customized training programs that meet the needs of our organization.

  • Lead a team in developing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training sessions.
  • Develop and manage budgets for training initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum three years of experience in Learning and Development.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
