Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Learning Assistant Manager

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Learning Assistant Manager to join our dynamic LATAM HR Team in Brazil. This is a senior individual contributor role with a strategic and operational impact across our region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and managing full-cycle recruitment processes for regional teams located in Brazil.
  • Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into smart hiring strategies.
  • Driving employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Coordinating regional TA efforts aligned with our corporate talent strategy aiming to ensure a robust TA management in all LATAM Subsidiaries.
  • Designing and deploying learning and development strategies across subsidiaries.
  • Facilitating best practice sharing in talent development.
  • Creating learning content and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Supporting key talent management initiatives for the region.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or learning & development, ideally in multinational or regional environments from similar industries.
  • A hands-on and proactive mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • High level of resilience and adaptability in changing and fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
