We are looking for a talented and experienced hiring manager to lead our global talent sourcing efforts.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Hiring Manager, responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You will be working closely with various stakeholders to identify talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and implement innovative solutions to attract top candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Interview scheduling and communication management
  • Support onboarding activities and generating scheduled/ad-hoc reports
Requirements
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience or agency recruiting (mandatory)
  • BPO industry experience
  • Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel + PowerPoint)
  • Hybrid Modality availability (mandatory)
  • Team management experience (at least 2 years)
Desirable Skills
  • Trilingual: Portuguese, English, and Spanish (highly desired)
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
  • Networking skills and ease of adaptation to changes and trends
