About the Job

As a Mid-Market Inbound Sales Rep, you will be responsible for managing multiple deals concurrently, navigating complex org structures, and helping our customers achieve their goals.

Key aspects of this role include building pipeline and collaborating closely with our product, support, and marketing teams throughout the customer journey.

  • Establish meaningful relationships with customer-facing teams at Brazilian mid-market and enterprise-level companies
  • Develop effective outbound strategies to identify and create opportunities across our user base
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proofs of concept, negotiation, and closing
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our product and leverage that expertise to help prospects succeed
  • Partner with key stakeholders to build deep empathy and create strong relationships with our most important Brazilian accounts
