Dingus & Zazzy is a comprehensive digital marketing agency expanding globally. We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to showcase our offerings in a compelling way, maintaining strong relationships with prospects.
About the Role:
- Use knowledge and consumer research to demonstrate how our solutions meet customer needs.
- Nurture cold and warm prospects, uncover new sales opportunities, and establish relationships.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, involving sales executives in the next steps.
- Identify and implement effective strategies to improve the company's lead funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Outreach: Utilize HubSpot, cold calls, and email to generate sales opportunities.
- Prospect Qualification: Identify prospect needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Relationship Building: Build trusted, long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads for sales.
- Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Meetings and Calls: Arrange meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
- Reporting: Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on results to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- Two or more years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding lead targets.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email.
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a sales development representative, achieving sales quotas.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software.
- Experienced cold caller with power dialer experience.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience.
