Account Manager

This is a dynamic role focused on developing and managing client relationships to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
  • Main responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  2. New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
  3. Sales Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Currently studying or graduated in Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
