Business Partner Opportunity

As a seasoned professional in human resources, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes and supporting the organization's growth. You will collaborate closely with leaders to comprehend their business needs and develop strategies to address them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to senior leaders, focusing on talent management, organizational design, and change management.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Coach and develop leaders to enhance their skills and abilities, ensuring they possess the necessary tools to succeed.
  • Analyze complex data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, informing strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, including finance, operations, and marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (advanced HR qualification valued).
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in large, complex organizations.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach leaders, manage change, and resolve conflicts.
  • Skilled at handling sensitive information and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, Office 365, and HR database tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.
