Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing strategic HR guidance and support to line management.

The role involves offering valuable insights into business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning to drive long-term organizational goals. Data-driven solutions are key to this position, as you will analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Team to shape solutions, programs, and policies that optimize organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations for effective resolution.
  • Provide expert guidance and interpretation of HR policies, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of legal requirements to mitigate risks, collaborating with the legal department as needed for compliance assurance.
  • Guide management in day-to-day performance management, offering support in coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Build positive work relationships, enhance morale, and drive productivity and retention by working closely with management and employees.

This role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software is also required.

Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Business acumen and focus, with active participation in business unit leadership teams.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
