Business Collaboration Lead
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the position of Business Collaboration Lead, responsible for spearheading strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth.
About the Role:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to ensure HR strategies align seamlessly with company objectives.
- Talent Development: Develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee performance, succession planning, and talent development.
- Change Enablement: Facilitate organizational change efforts through effective communication, leadership support, and employee engagement.
- Leadership Mentoring: Provide guidance to managers to enhance their leadership skills and accountability.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with various departments, including Compensation, Talent, Diversity, and People Analytics, to implement best practices and drive business impact.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Proficiency in at least one HR area (e.g., Compensation, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, or People Analytics) is beneficial.
- Proven expertise in change management, including stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
- Experience working with international and commercial teams.
- Advanced consulting and coaching skills to influence senior leaders.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Experience in high-growth global organizations.
- Bonus points for knowledge in organizational design, workforce planning, employer branding, and talent attraction.
- Mandatory fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
