Strategic Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Partner to drive business and technology strategies for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in strengthening organizational climate and culture through ongoing actions.

You will be responsible for visiting projects to gather feedback and proposing improvements, providing monthly reports on climate/culture and adherence to internal campaigns, supporting the team in field data collection, developing and proposing internal communication actions aligned with organizational culture, participating in activities related to GPTW certification, and assisting with other HR demands.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have completed education in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen Organizational Climate and Culture: Implement ongoing actions to enhance the work environment and promote a positive company culture.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
  • Provide High-Quality Support: Assist with various HR demands, including field data collection and internal communication actions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completed degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
