About This Role:
This position involves collaborating closely with line management to provide expert HR guidance, aligning interventions with organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include offering valuable insights into business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning to support long-term goals.
Data-driven solutions are also a key focus area, involving the analysis of trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Team to shape programs and policies that optimize performance.
The role requires taking the lead in managing complex employee relations issues, ensuring thorough and objective investigations for effective resolution. Additionally, providing expert guidance on HR policies, maintaining an understanding of legal requirements, and collaborating with the legal department as needed for compliance assurance are essential duties.
Furthermore, guiding management in day-to-day performance management, offering support in coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions, is crucial to success. Relationship building, training, proactive communication, responsibility oversight, and working knowledge of human resource disciplines are also key aspects.
