Job Description:

The Field Services Logistics Operations Leader plays a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end logistics and operational support for field service activities across Brazil. This critical position involves leading a team that manages service parts, optimizes supply chain processes, and ensures exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead field services logistics operations, warehousing, and order fulfillment management to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and drive performance by setting clear objectives and providing guidance.
  • Optimize service parts availability and supply chain processes to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency.
  • E nsure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in Brazil to maintain a strong reputation.
  • Collaborate with regional/global teams and external partners to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field to provide a solid foundation.
  • 5+ years of experience in field services, logistics, or operations leadership to demonstrate expertise.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery models and supply chain processes to make informed decisions.
  • Experience in managing teams and driving operational KPIs to measure success.
  • Familiarity with compliance, safety, and regulatory standards in Brazil to navigate complex requirements.
  • Project management experience is a plus to expand skill sets.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English to communicate effectively.
