
Sales Development Professional

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction within a Regus centre.
A typical day would involve team meetings, welcoming members, conducting tours, and assisting with equipment setup. You will also meet with new members to understand their needs and introduce them to other businesses in the centre. Additionally, you will host networking events and oversee centre operations to ensure excellent customer service and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and customer engagement.
- Lead by example, motivating your team to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage centre operations to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in hospitality or events.
- Confident, approachable, and able to build strong relationships with customers.
- Accomplished multitasker with great management skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
