Clinical Trials Business Development Role

Summary: This position supports our business development team in expanding the network of clients and fostering long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.

Job Description:

This role involves research on potential clients to build an extended network. Regularly scheduled meetings are held with potential clients to present business opportunities and benefits of cooperation.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients (sponsors, CROs, medical institutions).
  • Support site development managers in promoting the company brand by acquiring new clinics and building a site network.
  • Conduct market research to build an extended network.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients to present business opportunities and benefits of cooperation.
  • Assist marketing teams in preparing promotional materials.
  • Attend conferences and training workshops as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical trials industry.
  • Experience working with medical institutions or physicians.
  • Previous experience in business development, relationship building with sites, clients, or sales representatives within healthcare or clinical trials.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and interpret industry trends.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
