Job Role: Application Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the international recruitment team and foster strong relationships with customers.

  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer technical issues and complaints.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical support specialists to resolve complex problems through troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct correlation studies and validations in conjunction with customers as required, and provide training to enhance their understanding of our products.
  2. Regularly visit clients, gather feedback, and disseminate information to the sales team.
  3. Participate in regional and national conference calls to update stakeholders on technical matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Clinical Medicine, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related disciplines; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the IVD Application area, preferably in Immunology, Biochemistry, or Molecular Biology.
  • Proficiency in English as the working language.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
