The Role requires you to work from home and be based within +8 / -8 UTC. You'll be at the forefront of the future of work, leading a fully distributed remote team and embracing distributed work advantages.
Responsibilities include developing a scalable and effective inbound approach, working with Senior Marketing leaders, promoting team collaboration, and supporting Oyster's effort to build world-class inbound operations.
- Develop a unique inbound approach.
- Work with Senior Marketing leaders to align the inbound lead generation strategy.
- Promote team collaboration and inclusion.
Requirements include 5+ years of Business Development experience, 2+ years of manager-level experience for Inbound Teams, and a proven track record of consistently achieving pipeline generation objectives.
