We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Device Specialist to join our team. This role involves ensuring the optimal performance and quality of mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain mobile devices to meet customer requirements.
- Perform on-site maintenance tasks in designated areas.
- Collect, organize, and provide quality feedback on mobile device products.
- Participate in team building and training sessions, assisting supervisors with daily tasks at the service center.
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, have a willingness to learn, be hands-on, and work effectively as part of a team. Additionally, having English proficiency, good stress resistance, and a strong sense of service awareness is highly desirable.
RequirementsThis position requires a strong foundation in technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. We look for candidates who can adapt quickly and work effectively under pressure.
