Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to meet internal hiring needs.
  • Hunt for top talent using direct search and other creative sourcing channels.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of labor market trends to stay ahead of the game.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Drive improvements and streamline processes to support the recruitment team.
  • Build brand awareness and create a positive image among candidates.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team on joint projects.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, in the IT industry.
  • Solid understanding of the IT sector and its unique talent needs.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to juggle multiple tasks.
  • A proactive, engaged approach and a sense of ownership for projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Creativity and openness to tackle new challenges and embrace new experiences.
  • Independence and initiative to drive results on your own.
  • Communicative English (B2+ or higher) to collaborate with our global team.
  • Exceptional communication skills to connect with candidates and stakeholders.
