We are seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Talent Operations team, you will play a vital role in full-cycle talent operations.

About the Role
  • Gain hands-on experience in talent operations and work closely with various departments to support processes and special initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment, Engineering Leads, Delivery Managers, and HR to ensure smooth talent management.

You will be responsible for assisting Software Engineers in finding new projects, connecting outstanding requests with matching opportunities, and creating well-structured resumes.

Mandatory Requirements
  • 1+ years of prior experience in an IT company as a recruiter or HR specialist.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Detailed-oriented approach.
Desirable Skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
