Job Overview:

The Consumer Audiences Lead is a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of consumer audience products for digital platforms.

This position will lead efforts in creating advanced audience products that drive marketing initiatives, leveraging expertise in direct-to-consumer marketing, audience development, and product development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop strategic vision for the Consumer Audiences product portfolio
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand market needs
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape
  • Product Operations:
    • Lead operational aspects of the Consumer Audiences portfolio
    • Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Go To Market (GTM):
    • Work closely with GTM leadership to support product team
    • Serve as pre-sales subject matter expert
  • Financial Management:
    • Oversee internal financial matters related to Consumer Audience products
  • Leadership Role:
    • Support digital market efforts
    • Maintain deep understanding of healthcare industry, market trends, and competitive landscape
Requirements:
  • 10+ years experience in creating or working with consumer audiences products
  • Relevant U.S. data privacy laws and regulations experience a plus
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work creatively in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
