We are seeking a skilled Product and Content Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for working closely with Sales and Account Management teams to capture customer feedback and voice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings are tailored to meet the needs of local markets.
- Represent the company in regions, providing expert support and liaison with central teams.
- Deliver market-relevant Eikon and Feeds content with Product Management.
- Support Product Content Management and Customer Operations to interact with local vendors and partners.
- Expertise in one or more of our product propositions, related product and content sets.
- Some development knowledge for building/enhancing Eikon Apps/Page Express.
- Advanced communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with customers and suppliers to represent Refinitiv.
- Analytic approach, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
As a Product and Content Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including delivering market-relevant Eikon and Feeds content and supporting Product Content Management and Customer Operations.
