We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Collections Manager to join our team. This role is essential to optimizing cash flow, reducing delinquency, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Description

This Senior Collections Manager will lead our collections team, analyzing financial data, creating reports, and overseeing new projects to develop solutions and improvements. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, analytical expertise, and a proactive mindset to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The Senior Collections Manager will support a team responsible for billing operations in both Brazil and the United States, monitor internal accounting and audit teams to ensure proper closing of billing orders for external clients, and track customer transactions to ensure proper entries or adjustments in the company's ERP systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas.
  • At least 5 years of experience in collections or credit management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on & Proactivity (attitude is a must).
  • Advanced Excel skills.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proactive and autonomous in task execution, and have strong negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
