Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Collections Manager to lead our team in optimizing cash flow, reducing delinquency, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Description
  • Lead a team responsible for billing operations across multiple regions.
  • Analyze financial data and create reports to drive business decisions.
  • Oversee new projects, developing solutions and improvements to enhance the team's performance.
  • Monitor internal accounting and audit teams to ensure accurate and timely billing orders for external clients.
  • Track customer transactions to ensure proper entries or adjustments in the company's ERP systems.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive debt recovery strategies.
  • Set departmental goals aligned with company financial objectives.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain financial models.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and recovery rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on proactivity and results orientation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections or credit management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
