You will work closely with engineering, data, and business teams to propose and implement the best solutions for collection challenges.

  • Investigate and Identify: Analyze collection operations to pinpoint friction points in the customer journey and uncover improvement opportunities.
  • Translate Customer Voice: Collect, interpret, and prioritize customer feedback and demands, turning insights into clear technical requirements.
  • Bridge Teams: Work closely with engineering, data, and business teams to propose and implement the best solutions for collection challenges.
  • Drive Strategy: Monitor key performance indicators and suggest data-driven strategies to increase debt recovery rates.
