The role involves driving complex technology projects and programs that align with business objectives. You will leverage your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories to develop innovative solutions while effectively managing resources, budgets, and teams.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines for on-time delivery of technology solutions
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks, and implementing contingency plans to maintain project momentum
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Utilizing analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
  • Technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
  • Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
