You will join a dynamic and fast-growing global team that is shaping the future of energy in Latin America, particularly in Brazil. You will provide deep expertise in the Energy sector, working closely with case and proposal teams to deliver high-impact insights, knowledge assets, and expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with case teams to solve client problems and support client proposals by compiling data and relevant information, particularly in the Energy sector in Brazil.
  • Create reports on new trends highlighting their overall impact on the Brazilian Energy sector, including energy transition, emergent technologies, and its strategic impact.
  • Understand the Electricity and Oil & Gas value chains (exploration-production, generation-transmission-distribution) and operation models in Brazil.
  • Identify key performance indicators for players in the energy ecosystem and analyze data to generate market insights.
  • Develop solutions and drive new ideas, with limited guidance and often incomplete information.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in an Engineering field or another advanced degree is required.
  • Relevant work experience in Energy is preferred; a bachelor's degree with consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience in Energy is also acceptable.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; other languages such as Spanish are a plus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel with experience in using large models.
  • Deep knowledge of key energy sector databases in Brazil, including auction data, plant technical specs, load, generation, supply, and demand figures.
