Job Title: Mobile Analytics Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Mobile Analytics & Attribution Specialist to join our team and help us deliver accurate, reliable data insights across mobile apps. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complexity of mobile tracking, SDKs, MMPs, app store ecosystems, and can effectively connect the dots so marketing teams can see exactly which channels drive installs, engagement, and revenue.

This position will put you at the center of impactful client work, solving attribution puzzles across iOS, Android, and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement, audit, and optimize mobile analytics setups using tools like Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer, or Branch.
  2. Configure and troubleshoot in-app event tracking, conversion tracking, and attribution flows.
  3. Align app tracking setups with paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
  4. Support integration of SKAdNetwork (SKAN) for iOS campaigns and ensure data quality.
  5. Identify and resolve attribution discrepancies across platforms and reporting systems.
  6. Build dashboards (Looker Studio, BigQuery, or other BI tools) to visualize mobile performance clearly.
  7. Document all technical setups and collaborate with performance marketing teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. 3–5 years of hands-on experience with mobile analytics tools (Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer, or Branch).
  2. Strong understanding of mobile attribution models and post-install event tracking.
  3. Familiarity with iOS and Android tracking limitations, including ATT and SKAdNetwork.
  4. Experience working with paid acquisition tracking for mobile apps.
  5. Ability to troubleshoot SDK integrations, misfiring events, or discrepancies in MMP data.
  6. Clear communication skills to bridge technical insights with marketing needs.

Nice to Have

  1. Experience with server-to-server (S2S) integrations and APIs for advanced attribution.
  2. Knowledge of privacy-first tracking approaches and consent frameworks.
  3. Exposure to funnel reporting and cohort analysis for mobile growth.
