Our team is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support our mission. This role involves managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing core treasury functions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
  • Overseeing invoicing and maintaining records in our ERP system, ensuring alignment with company financials.
  • Tracking and reporting key financial metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Developing and updating financial models, conducting simulations, and analyses to support strategic planning.
  • Facilitating communication between departments and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive business objectives.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, with expertise in treasury, financial reporting, budget planning, and cost management.
  • Advanced Excel skills, preferably with Google Sheets.
  • Experience in managing financial applications, loans, and financing.
  • Proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience in Finance, ideally within technology and/or SaaS sectors, proficiency in Business Intelligence and data analysis tools, and familiarity with FX operations, offshore structures, and risk mitigation.
