We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with internal audit and legal standards. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable, cash flow tracking, and crypto/stablecoin fund movements.

The successful candidate will liaise with accounting firms for bookkeeping, document preparation, SPED filings, and tax submissions. Additionally, they will maintain detailed records of all virtual asset activities, collect and organize data for regulatory reporting, and monitor tax and foreign exchange compliance risks.

This role involves handling foreign exchange filings and reports for cross-border crypto transactions, assisting in interpreting local regulatory developments, and aligning operational processes accordingly. The professional will provide financial and operational insights to support management in budgeting and strategic planning.

To excel in this position, candidates must have 3+ years of experience in operations, financial operations, or crypto-related back-office roles. A solid understanding of stablecoins, blockchain-based payment flows, and operational risk is essential. Familiarity with Brazilian financial reporting and tax compliance is also required.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail are crucial. Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory, and proficiency in Spanish and Mandarin is a plus.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, financial operations, or crypto-related back-office roles.
  • Solid understanding of stablecoins, blockchain-based payment flows, and operational risk.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian financial reporting (SPED, Receita Federal, Central Bank) and tax compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
