Financial Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, while providing support to the business management team.

Key Activities:

  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and provide support to the business management team.
  • Collaborate with Fabric Business and Finance teams.
  • Provide advice and control in financials, validating accounting information and generating reports for decision-making.
  • Analyze financial information and other relevant data to support operational decisions.
  • Oversee production cost control and reporting development.
  • Highlight financial implications of business decisions, working with other managers.
  • Ensure legal and accounting compliance across various processes.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in Accounting Sciences or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in financial areas.
  • Fluent English (written and oral).
  • Fluent Portuguese (written and oral).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience coordinating activities.
  • Experience with ERP systems desirable.
  • Knowledge in management reporting systems.
  • Good communication skills, proactive attitude, interpersonal skills, result-oriented, analytical, organized, responsible, and confidentiality awareness.
  • Availability to work in Belo Horizonte/Vespasiano/Brazil area.
