Job Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization and ensuring strict adherence to accounting standards. This position involves meticulous monitoring, in-depth analysis, and accurate representation of financial activities, with a strong emphasis on compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting, including regular reports.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with international and local accounting standards and financial controls.
  • Provide expert technical analysis and advice to key stakeholders, referring to regional and group finance as necessary.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely availability of documentation and addressing audit findings.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Corporate Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations.

Essential Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and best practices.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data. Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
