Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial operations of our Brazil office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all financial tasks, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure effective delivery of financial operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration: Required.
  • 10+ Years of Experience in Finance and Accounting: Required.
  • Local CPA or Public Accounting: Required.
  • Fluency in English: Required.
  • Prior Experience Working with Accounting Systems and Software: Required.
  • Prior Experience in Billing Operations and Revenue Recognition: Highly Preferred.
