About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Channel Partners Projects Senior Manager to join our Indirect Channel team in São Paulo, Brazil.

This role will be responsible for managing multiple projects within the organization, with different levels of complexity, and ensuring their successful planning, execution, and completion. The position will work closely with the sales team and other key areas to foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels and strengthen partnerships that contribute to the overall success of the Channel Partners area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and connect with senior stakeholders to collaborate with cross-functional teams, both at Wellhub and at the channel partners, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Leverage internal and external stakeholders appropriately to speed up and increase the likelihood of success in project deliveries.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones, managing multiple projects effectively, prioritizing competing deadlines, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying possible risks and problems before they arise and considering courses of action for different scenarios.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members through active listening, open dialogue, and structured communication.
  • Take a consultative approach to negotiation, assessing the situation, creating solutions that benefit both parties and influencing stakeholders.
  • Manage projects portfolio with the team and support with implementation and improvement of project methodology.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying, designing, and implementing innovative solutions that transform and continuously help to improve our company.

About You
  • A professional with proven experience in project management, especially within sales teams and/or tech companies, consulting firms or comparable experience.
  • Advanced/Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions.
  • Relevant prior experience and technical knowledge in agile methodologies projects.
  • Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership.
  • Equipped with strong problem-solving skills, capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations.
  • Fosters relationships through rapport building and is a trusted resource from lower-level to executive stakeholders.
  • An individual with strong organizational and multitasking abilities who is able to lead complex projects.
  • Willingness to learn and challenge yourself, working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles.
