Beckman Coulter Diagnostics: A Leader in Diagnostic Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager Channel Partner South Latam to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As a key member of our Latin America Commercial Organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners in South Latin America, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Own the sales process within assigned countries, driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.
  • Build and execute strategic business plans, incorporating key value drivers for both channel partners and Beckman Coulter.
  • Deploy sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication and alignment with local teams.
  • Provide high-level oversight of channel partner activities, course-correcting and escalating as needed.
  • Partner with local General Managers, Controllers, and Sales Managers to ensure alignment and provide indirect coaching and mentoring.
  • Implement the Distributor Management Process, aiming to improve market visibility, funnel, distributor inventory control, and accounts receivables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or sciences, with a Master's degree in the healthcare industry preferred.
  • At least 10 years of sales experience and distributor management in the medical devices industry.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Ability to understand business and financial goals, developing a sound strategy for channel partners.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix structure.
  • Previous experience in hospital operating financials and healthcare economics is a plus.
