About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager Channel Partner South Latam to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As a key member of our Latin America Commercial Organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners in South Latin America, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Own the sales process within assigned countries, including pre-sale and post-sale activities.
  • Build and execute a strategic business plan for each sub-region, incorporating key value drivers for both the channel partner and Beckman Coulter.
  • Deploy sales and marketing campaigns with local regional teams, ensuring channel partners understand the needs and how their actions tie into the bigger customer partnership.
  • Own RFPs and sell deals with positive margin expansion for the life of the channel partner contract.
  • Provide a high-level view of all activities within individual channel partners, course-correcting and escalating to leadership when needed.
  • Partner with local General Managers, Controllers, Sales Managers, and workflow experts to ensure alignment between local teams and overall Health System.
  • Deploy the Distributor Management Process to improve market visibility, funnel, distributor inventory control, and Accounts Receivables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or sciences, with a Master's degree in the Health Care industry.
  • 10+ years of sales experience and distributors management in the Medical Devices Industry.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Ability to understand business and financial goals of channel partners and develop a sound strategy.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix structure.
  • Partner with local sales teams to provide matrix leadership and ensure accountability of regional teams.
  • Strong influence and transit at C-suit level of the Medical industry.
