Job Title: Senior React Native Developer

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to third-party libraries and SDKs (e.g. Zoom).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with backend systems.
  • Work with real-time communication tools (e.g. WebSockets, PubNub) to support chat and video features.
  • Dive into native code (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java) when necessary to resolve platform-specific issues.
  • Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership within the team.
  • Support and mentor junior engineers.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile development with a strong focus on React Native.
  • Proven ability to identify debug and resolve complex issues quickly and effectively.
  • Experience integrating and troubleshooting third-party SDKs especially for video conferencing.
  • Familiarity with real-time communication technologies and protocols.
  • Ability to read and modify native mobile code (iOS and Android).
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working in structured codebases with complex architectural decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Apart from the requirements it's beneficial if you have:

  • Hands-on experience integrating with real-time communication platforms (e.g. chat video or voice services using WebSockets, PubNub, or similar technologies).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with varying levels of technical expertise.
