Payment Products Manager

As a key leader in the development and delivery of innovative payment products, this role is responsible for the end-to-end management of Shop with Points and Buy Now Pay Later programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, operations, marketing, and risk teams to ensure successful product delivery and operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor program health through KPIs, market analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in program or project management
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Ability to define program requirements and use data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Skills in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization
