  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs to deliver exceptional results
  • Developing and executing targeted support strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Providing expert knowledge and assistance to customers' use of SAP Cloud solutions
  • Facilitating access to product and functional expertise for specific areas
  • Delivering personalized Quarterly Release Reviews to support customers in developing a comprehensive strategy that leverages feature adoption
