About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Commerce Specialist to join our team at VTEX. As a key member of our demand generation team in Brazil, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and provide data-driven insights to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for customer success stories, social media, and other marketing channels, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in the e-commerce industry.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and other events, to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Language: Fluency in Portuguese and English.
